GET DOWN n FIX YOUR ACCENT - HARD13

In addition to the usual celebrations and gift giving with the family that Christmas brings, the guys at HARD delivered perhaps the best present of the day; HARD13. Moving from the Shrine to Club Nokia downtown and featuring two of the nasties djs from across the pond, i snatched up my ticket the day they came out and couldnt be happier. After seeing Fake Blood rip at EDC in June Ive been chomping at the bit to see him again looks like the wait it finally over. Joining him are award winning turntableist Plus One and Beni G of Jack Beats and German producer Boy8Bit. The lineup is quality, the tickets cheap, and the the countdown has begun. Enjoy the sample

Tickets start at $13 (sold out) $20 (sold out) $25 (sold out) $30 (Groove) $26.50 (Ticketmaster)

Calvin Harris LIVE @ the WAREHOUSE PROJECT

In a matter of hours the Warehouse Project in Manchester transforms from a normal parking garage into one of the most infamous dance clubs in all of Europe. Only open from September to January every year, the 15 week run brings out the best of the best of electronic music who play to 2000 crazed fans. Rallying off the success of Deadmau5's live Essential Mix there in 2008, Pete Tong invited Scottish DJ Calvin Harris to spin for the last Essential Mix of the decade. The mix is a classic Harris blend of disco house infused with some of his own tracks. The mixing is clean, the energy high, and the crowd wild. enjoy

A Great Start

Had a pretty ridiculous holiday and now im ready to get back to work on the site. Spent New Years with Ghostland Observatory (above) and their incredible laser show, then followed two days later with a 4hr set from British house legend John Digweed. And to top it off I spent it with the best people on earth.

We've got some great music, events, and interviews lined up for everyone so stay tuned, get your rest, and get ready for what is sure to be a year for the record books
